Baby Plan member Junior is one!

Another baby plan member graduated today! I had the pleasure of watching this guy grow from his 3 month (but posed like a newborn) to his first birthday. This guy hasn't had an easy first year but he has over come many obstacles and always with that gorgeous smile!
