Sara and Cormac's Beautiful wedding at the Thayer Homestead

I had the honor of photographing my stunning cousin on her wedding day. I have watched this beautiful girl grow from a feisty, incredibly smart little Shirley Temple-esque red head, into a shy teen with the most amazing singing voice, to a mature demure adult.
When she headed off to Ohio for college it was a little shocking that quiet Sara was leaving the nest and not just an hour or so away but a solid 10-12 hours away! It was all in God plan. She left home and met the love of her life Cormac. I don't believe there is a more perfect match. Honestly, in all my years of photographing brides and grooms I have never encountered two people who love each other this deeply. Cormac and Sarah compliment each other. The way they look at each other. The way they smile when the look at each other. I can say they are absolutely soul mates.
Cormac and Sara exchanged vows at Sara's church, St. Brendan's in Bellingham, MA. As it down poured outside, the light from their love illuminated the church. When the ceremony was over the rain had let up and we were able to get a few shots outside the church before heading to the Thayer house for the reception.
Now if you know Sara, she is traditional in many ways, but has also mostly marched to the beat of her own drum. Her wedding was no exception. Traditional ceremony, very cool brunch wedding provided by J&L Catering. Mimosa's and wine was flowing courtesy of Special Occasion Servers. By the time brunch was wrapping up the rain had cleared and just enough light filtering clouds were lingering around to get some beautiful formals of the couple.
They finished the day with Dances and cake cutting before setting off on their honeymoon. Congratulations Sara and Cormac! May God bless you with a life time of love happiness (and all those kids Sara wants 😜) I hope you Love your sneak peeks!
