Carter's Cookie monster cake smash!

Today was Carter's birthday and he was in the mood to celebrate! This guy was smiling from ear to ear all the way up until cake, then it was all business. Carter SMASHED that cake. The cuteness didn't end there, a post cake smash bath was in order and Carter loved it!
