13 day old baby O

Little O arrived at the studio this morning for his newborn session with mom, dad and big brother B. We settled in and discussed a few ideas for the session and then we got to work.

O had a nice feed while I chatted with big brother. He was super cute, talking about his favorite things, animals! He reminded me so much of my own two year old.

Once O's belly was full he went right to sleep. We got him positioned in the crate prop and sat big brother. He was a great listener!

We did some parent and family shots and then dad and big brother went off for a day together. Mom and I chatted as we set up for the next prop set. I got this adorable wheel barrow at Homegoods the other day and it suited this set perfectly. Little O stayed asleep as I posed him. this little guy made the sweetest little newborn sounds while he slept!

Mom and dad requested the baseball set, but since we used the wood backdrop already I wanted to change it up a bit. I love how this combination looked together!

One more set up before the beanbag centered around the hat big brother got at the hospital that happened to be an american flag! I really love the way this scarf looked played out in the basket! Little guy was full of smiles...I think he liked it too!

Once on the bean bag O did amazing. He shifted from pose to pose with out too much fussing. This little dude rocked it!
