Yesterday I had the chance to photograph this handsome guy. He's extra special to me because he's my step son. I hate to even put the "step" in front of that because I love him as much as my own flesh and blood. He is a smart, funny, caring and thoughtful young man and his father and I couldn't be prouder of him. So with out getting even more sappy, here is part one of his senior portraits.

We took a trip into Boston to the Public Gardens and Faneuil Hall to enjoy the sites and to take some senior photos in our favorite city. The only thing I'm bummed about is Nathan forgot his Bruins jersey! He's the biggest Bruins fan! We might have to have a Pt 3 at TD Garden to get some of those shots in there.

Of course being related to your subject makes photographing them way harder. He was cool at first but by the end he was over it. Still got some awesome shots so there!

We had a great time with the family in the city as we went along. We fed squirrels out of our hands, ate dinner at Dick's Last Resort and watched and amazing break dancing performance. IT was a great way to spend a Saturday.

Pt2 will be in the studio.
