Maya's Lemonade Cake smash!

Maya has been photographed by me since her mom's maternity session. Mom and dad since their wedding. Today we celebrated Maya's first birthday!
We met at a closed down road in near the studio far away from all the pokemon GO! players (I don't think I'll be shooting at the Bellingham common until this fad dies down!) I brought a few outfits and the yellow chair. We decided a blue romper would look good with the yellow chair. Maya rocked it!
Miss Maya was pretty serious for most of her session but those deep brown eyes are so expressive she didn't need big smiles!
I love mom's Lemonade theme idea! They brought the stand and decorations for the shoot and it couldn't have been more perfect.
She wasn't a huge fan of the cake but she still took some gorgeous photos!
