The handsome mister M

7 day old baby M was in the studio this morning kicking off a very busy week of newborn boys! He came to visit with his mom, dad and sister who had her newborn session 2 short years ago.

After a quick family shot in the waiting room, we set to work getting M to sleep. He didn't take too long! Dad is a baseball fan and requested the base ball basket. I didn't have the glove prop with me so I sent my amazing assistant off to walgreens to grab a bag of Cracker Jack (and peanuts but sadly they didn't have any with the shell). I love how it turned out and by the smile on M's face, he was pretty happy too. I really wanted to do some thing green and natural since the spring has been a little disappointing. We went with the tree bed and some green wraps.

Little sis had some time to hang out and watch frozen with dad while we shot the prop set ups. When she came back into the studio it was the perfect time to grab a sibling shot. With a few tricks up your sleeve and an awesome assistant you can get those shots in no time. Mom was elated!

Baby M slept through the entire shoot. I couldn't have asked for a better baby. we finished the session on the bean bag, nailing every pose perfectly! Thank you Peg for all your help. Mom, Dad and little sister, It was a pleasure to see you all again!
